This is a unique opportunity to work on complex cases, make a significant impact, and help shape the future of our firm. Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial. Conducting depositions of parties and expert witnesses. Engaging in construction litigation and providing legal advice on construction-related matters, among other types of matters. Developing and implementing litigation strategy in coordination with partners and clients. Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal risks and opportunities. Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients. Staying current on developments in the law and informing colleagues and clients of significant changes that might impact their cases. Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or business litigation. Proven track record of successfully conducting depositions. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Strong negotiation and client management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
