The Senior Project Manager-Deep Foundation & Drilled Shaft Construction will oversee all aspects of project execution, including administration, technical oversight, financial tracking, and resource allocation, from bid development through final delivery. This role ensures projects are completed safely, meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget expectations. The position also provides leadership and direction to multiple project managers or assistant project managers. Responsibilities and Qualifications
Solid knowledge of project management principles, project controls, estimating, construction processes, financial oversight, and contract administration Strong familiarity with best practices and standards within the transmission, distribution, substation, and drilled foundations sectors supporting electrical and renewable energy projects Advanced mathematical and record-keeping skills to support financial analysis and construction operations review Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) Experience using project management and accounting software such as Primavera P6, JD Edwards, Hubble, EcoSys, Incorta, and HCSS HeavyJob Skilled communicator across oral, written, presentation, and active listening channels, with the ability to confidently lead meetings Demonstrated supervisory and motivational abilities Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as projects require Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to interpret technical specifications, financial data, and legal documentation Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, construction engineering, engineering, or a closely related field, or an equivalent blend of technical training and relevant experience At least ten years of experience in project management, construction management, or project controls within a comparable construction environment Comprehensive understanding of project management practices, project controls, contract administration, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, negotiation strategies, construction technologies, equipment, methodologies, and safety standards Pre-Employment and Work Authorization
