H&M Store Manager - Shoppes at River Crossing GA. Base pay range: $62,432.00/yr - $74,797.00/yr. This role is responsible for the total omni customer experience in the store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, create an inclusive culture, analyze sales, and create plans to optimize results and profits. Responsibilities
Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to the store format environment, global guidelines and regional strategies Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Establish, analyze, and follow up on sales & budget goals, and create plans to optimize results Ensure personal customer service is provided in all areas of the store, guiding customers through fashion stories and actively selling products Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives Schedule to budgeted hours plan in line with sales budget and commercial activities Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges Identify commercial opportunities, maintain competitor awareness, and act on opportunities Manage store maintenance in a cost-efficient way Complete admin routines for both people and operations in a correct way Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up to date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge during customer interactions Understand the local area, customers, competition, and fashion trends Team & Development
Responsible for talent and performance management in the store – recruiting, onboarding, upskilling, and developing your team Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business needs & team Retain and share knowledge and skills with your team Collaborate with Area team and store leadership team including VMs Ensure excellent communication & professionalism Responsible for team planning & scheduling Regular communication to store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire – daily/weekly meetings Ensure procedures, routines, security, and legal requirements are followed Participate in onboarding & training processes relevant for your role & future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with garment care Maintain stock levels and provide input on allocation Support daily opening & closing of store routines and processes Ensure garment cycle from delivery to presentation and fitting room routines meet standards Use tools and technology provided for in-store services and operations Maintain price signs in-store and throughout the sales floor according to guidelines Update and maintain BOH areas for colleagues (information, health & safety, tidiness) Qualifications
