Overview
Vice President Operations – Electrical Modular Solutions – Colorado We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and scale a high-performing Project Management team responsible for delivering complex, engineered-to-order modular projects. This role requires strong operational leadership with full P&L accountability and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in demanding environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented executive with a proven track record in modular manufacturing or prefabrication, who excels at driving cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence from post-sale through final installation. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Management team, with a focus on scaling capabilities, improving delivery performance, and driving accountability across all active projects. Foster a high-performance culture centered on communication, ownership, and results. Oversee individual modular projects as standalone profit centers, ensuring each has a clearly defined budget, delivery timeline, and profitability target. Maintain full responsibility for financial and performance outcomes from initiation through completion. Take operational ownership of each job post-sale, coordinating seamlessly between engineering, supply chain, production, and field installation. Ensure timely and efficient execution through structured handoffs and integrated planning. Deliver complex projects in high-demand sectors, including Data Centers. Manage multiple high-value, engineered-to-order projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and schedule adherence. Develop, mentor, and grow both Project Managers and operational team members. Instill a culture of continuous improvement, team collaboration, and individual accountability to build long-term organizational strength. Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in modular electrical manufacturing, with a strong background in prefabricated or engineered-to-order systems. Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, with the ability to confidently read and manage projects using one-line diagrams. A track record of leading project-based operations with multiple concurrent, complex projects while maintaining full P&L responsibility. Deep experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, logistics, and field installation. Skilled at mentoring and developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure environments, particularly Data Centers. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, or manufacturing delivery roles.
