We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Individual Retirement Annuity Product organization. This individual will act as a utility player supporting our Product Distribution Support area. Responsibilities Product Onboardings: Lead and coordinate firm onboardings, and product launches, with a focus on the broker/dealer, bank, advisory, Independent Marketing Organization (IMO), and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channels Collaborate with impacted teams and provide prompt responses to all inquiries so that onboardings stay on schedule Manage updates to all tracking reports for onboardings so that management can easily track project status and capacity Consider the client digital experience for all firm onboardings and product/feature rollouts Rate Communications and Automation Develop knowledge of our automation/robotics processes for rate changes Act as a liaison between Product Management and the Robotics team by coordinating tool updates/maintenance/enhancements, and troubleshooting issues Recommend ways to modernize and expand our automation capabilities into more areas FinTech & Distribution Partner Support: Manage FinTech platform onboardings and coordinate with impacted teams to meet timeliness and accuracy standards, and distribution partner requirements Lead projects and provide business expertise to update products, features, and rates on FinTech platforms Support our strategic partners by ensuring goals and objectives are aligned and special requests are attentively addressed as they relate to the products and services we provide. Skills And Qualifications
2-5 years in the financial services industry with experience in product management, distributor support, operations, marketing, or sales Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field Annuity industry knowledge and experience Eager learner who can quickly acquire new knowledge of products, technologies, systems, and applications Individual who is comfortable working with data, dashboards, automation tools, and AI Project management skills and experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 at the commencement of employment. Work Location
