As a Senior Operations Leader, you’ll be the business leader of a Wonder location overseeing a shared kitchen that serves multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration in a single facility, and own the local P&L like a true General Manager. You will navigate staffing decisions, vendor relations, and represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem. This role is suitable for experienced leaders from operations, logistics, eCommerce, hospitality, or similar domains to build, manage, and grow a complex operation. Responsibilities
Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery) Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs Ensure adherence to labor, food safety, team member safety, and compliance standards Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and product shelf life adherence Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time to maintain readiness Monitor customer feedback and operational trends to drive service excellence Set and track operational KPIs, aligning internal and external contributors Manage Team & Partner Performance
Hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team of hourly employees and shift leaders Lead a blended on-site workforce of internal employees and external partners Foster a collaborative, on-brand environment where Wonder and third-party teams operate seamlessly Address performance issues with coaching and appropriate tools Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws Drive Business Results & Own the P&L
Own the location’s P&L and use data to influence labor efficiency, food costs, and margins Establish and track KPIs related to guest experience, order accuracy, throughput, and financial performance Collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement, logistics to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities Develop action plans based on performance insights and customer feedback Grow the Business
Own talent pipelines with focus on succession planning Develop trainers for new openings and onboarding of new hires Mentor managers-in-training for potential transfers or leadership roles Model company values and reinforce standards for growth Anticipate future needs and align staffing and development accordingly Share feedback and pilot initiatives for company-wide rollout Manage Partnerships & Represent the Wonder Brand
Serve as on-site contact for brand partners, vendors, and contracted operators Nurture local stakeholder relationships for trust and consistency Ensure brands adhere to Wonder’s service and quality standards Represent Wonder in local community and business interactions Who You Are
3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments Proven leadership with progressive growth and P&L ownership Data-driven with ability to influence across functions Comfort with hybrid workforce and cross-functional collaboration Passionate about customer service, quality, accountability, and results Requirements
Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Open availability, including nights and weekends Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain Vetting criteria may include AEDT considerations Role Details
Salary Range: $88,500 - $102,000 per year Location: Home location determined upon assignment, within 40 miles of King of Prussia, PA Bench Position Acknowledgment
By applying for a Bench position, you acknowledge and agree that this role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations within a region. You will provide operational support to various stores within the region until a home location is assigned. After completing the Manager in Training program, you may be assigned to a temporary or permanent location based on business needs. Benefits
