Senior Operations Leader, you’ll be the business leader of a Wonder location overseeing a shared kitchen that serves multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration in a single facility, and own the local P&L like a General Manager. You will navigate staffing decisions, vendor relations, and represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem. This role is suitable for experienced leaders from operations, logistics, eCommerce, hospitality, or similar domains to build, manage and grow a complex operation. Responsibilities

Lead Day-to-Day Operations with Excellence: oversee kitchen, service, and fulfillment across dine-in, pickup, and delivery; optimize labor, throughput, and service execution; ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards; monitor inventory, waste, and shelf life; forecast demand and adjust workflows in real time; analyze customer feedback and operational trends to drive service excellence; set and drive operational KPIs across contributors. Manage Team and Partner Performance: hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and develop hourly employees and shift leaders; lead a blended on-site workforce of internal staff and external partners; foster an on-brand, collaborative environment; address performance issues with coaching; ensure compliance with labor laws. Drive Business Results & Own the P&L: take full ownership of the location’s P&L; influence labor efficiency, food costs, and margins via data; establish KPIs related to guest experience, order accuracy, throughput, and financial performance; partner cross-functionally to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities; implement actions from performance insights and trends. Grow the Business: manage talent pipelines, develop trainers for new openings, mentor managers-in-training, model company values, and anticipate future staffing needs to support growth; pilot and share best practices for company-wide rollout. Manage Partnerships & Represent the Wonder Brand: serve as the on-site point of contact for brand partners, vendors, and contracted operators; build relationships with local stakeholders to ensure operational consistency; ensure each brand adheres to Wonder standards to deliver a flawless customer experience; represent Wonder in local community interactions. Who You Are

Business operator with at least 3 years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments (high-growth startups, multi-unit retail, or on-demand services) Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement; track record of full P&L ownership, KPI management, and driving results Proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Comfortable managing hybrid workforces with employees and contracted vendors/partners Cross-functional fluency to influence and collaborate across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partner organizations Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability, and results Requirements

Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Must have open availability, including nights and weekends Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Role Details

Salary Range: $88,500 per year – $102,000 per year Location: Home location determined upon assignment, within 40 miles from Ardmore, PA Benefits
