Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure company standards and best practices are consistently met. Staff, train, and develop the leadership team to deliver sales and profit results while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Recruit, train, and develop Associates; manage Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and effective expense management through best practices and productivity. Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance; address variances with action plans in coordination with the District Manager. Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives; accept special assignments as directed by Leadership. Maintain payroll administration duties as needed, including punch edits, scheduling compliance, and payroll reporting. Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to safety policies and ensuring emergency procedures are understood and executable by all Associates. Execute customer service and merchandise presentation programs through training and supervision; supervise Retail Associates at registers, Customer Service desk, fitting rooms, and on the sales floor. Model professional appearance and brand representation; maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment; ensure housekeeping standards are met. Lead merchandise processing and in-store marketing to company standards, including recovery, sizing, markdowns, and timely floor replenishment. Lead Loss Prevention efforts, protect confidential information, and participate in the annual inventory process with appropriate controls. Qualifications and Skills
Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment. Strong customer service orientation; ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with Store Associates at all levels. Ability to train, coach, and develop Associates; strong organizational and prioritization skills. Fluency in English; ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements
Ability to use all store equipment (PDTs, registers, PCs) as required. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for up to 100% of the shift; ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop; ability to lift more than 25 lbs occasionally; ability to use janitorial equipment and ladders; ability to perform basic retail calculations. Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors, and all Retail Associates; some assignments may require additional qualifications. Equal Opportunity
