Overview
Transportation & Supply Chain Manager Company: PrideStaff Financial The Transportation & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all aspects of transportation operations while also designing, executing, and optimizing supply chain programs to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Transportation Management
Lead and manage inbound and outbound transportation across regional and global networks.
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, and transportations.
Monitor and improve carrier performance based on KPIs (OTD, cost, damage rate, etc.).
Implement Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to optimize routing, scheduling, and tracking.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety, and customs requirements.
Supply Chain Program Leadership
Design and implement supply chain programs aimed at improving lead times, reducing costs, and increasing service levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead supply chain transformation projects (e.g., warehouse to customer model, green logistics, etc.).
Coordinate supply programs during product launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
Program Management & Analytics
Develop and track project timelines, budgets for transportation and supply chain initiatives.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics operations, and supply chain best practices.
Experience with ERP systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership ability and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English & Spanish
Experience
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
Salary and Benefits Salary: $90K - $100K according to the experience
Annual Bonus: Based on measures of goal attainment and performance.

Vacations: After 1st year, 2 weeks each year.
