The Swatch Group US is looking for a Junior Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to join our Corporate Finance/Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, assertive and efficient, combined with strong analytical capabilities.

Daily retail (ECOM & Corporate Stores) sales reconciliation Prepare, execute, and analyze reports in Excel by extracting data from accounting systems and retail register systems Manage, identify and correct data irregularities Identify and implement improvements to optimize analysis and reporting processes Work closely with Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to ensure accurate inventory reporting Participate in Retail Inventory processes and gradually assume ownership of assigned brands Assist with additional tasks/projects as assigned All other duties assigned by Management Professional Requirements
1-3 years of experience in similar position and/or environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field is preferred Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Experience in SAP and Cegid is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to build relationships with internal and external clients Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excellent Excel skills Able to work well with minimal supervision; self-starter, pro-active Physical Requirements
This position requires the Demand Planner to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Benefits Program
