Development Associate

to their Miami team. The firm has the unique ability to participate in deals as either GP or LP, providing a flexible and entrepreneurial approach to multifamily investment and development. The Role This is an

execution-focused position . The Development Associate will support the delivery of multifamily projects from entitlement through design, construction, and stabilization. The role requires a strong technical background and direct involvement in design coordination, permitting, and construction oversight, with a particular emphasis on navigating the entitlement process in Miami. Key Responsibilities Partner with consultants and city officials to manage entitlement and permitting processes in Miami. Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and external stakeholders. Manage project budgets, schedules, and value engineering exercises. Work closely with construction teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Track project performance and prepare updates for senior leadership and capital partners. The Ideal Candidate 3–6 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, architecture, or engineering. Direct experience with entitlement processes in the City of Miami is highly preferred. Strong technical foundation with the ability to evaluate design feasibility, costs, and construction execution. Experience delivering multifamily or large-scale residential projects preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders. Motivated to grow within a private equity platform with the ability to take GP or LP positions on deals.
