Receptionist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity, located in Needham, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience at the front desk.

Answer and direct incoming calls from the main phone line, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.

Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting incoming correspondence and preparing outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain office supplies, track inventory levels, and ensure supply areas are organized and well-stocked.

Coordinate meeting room schedules, ensuring availability and cleanliness of conference spaces.

Support administrative tasks for staff, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.

Liaise with vendors and service providers, assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Assist with basic technology needs, including phone systems, video conferencing setups, and coordination with the IT team for employee support.

Update and maintain company databases, including CRM systems and other internal platforms.

Experience:

3-5 years of administrative/receptionist experience

Employment Type: Temp Salary: $25-30/hr

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
