This position requires active U.S. national security clearance and the ability to obtain one. Travel may be required to customer and subcontractor sites as well as other office locations.

We provide technical, cybersecurity, logistics, and program management support to DoD and DoS agencies and select foreign governments and militaries.

Responsibilities
Support HDG Program Managers across multiple contracts and programs, collaborating with staff, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth contract execution.
Assist with daily operations and contract execution, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
Develop and coordinate CDRLs, including Monthly Management Reviews, Monthly Status Reports, and travel requests.
Collaborate with HDG staff, Navy customers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
Provide direction and oversight for subcontractors and suppliers.
Partner with Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and business development teams to support growth and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Secret clearance
Understanding of PEO C4I / NAVWAR organization structure, programs of record, and mission focus
Experience in Navy C4I systems, supporting NAVWAR and/or NIWC Pacific engineering programs
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a project leadership role
Prior experience in a consulting or customer-facing DoD role
Strong interest and understanding of project finance, with excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams and foster collaborative relationships with technical staff, senior managers, and peers
Clearance Information Some positions require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access must receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). To qualify, candidates must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation process with a favorable determination and maintain eligibility throughout employment.

Salary Range Salary Range: 80,000-100,000 . The listed pay scale reflects the broad minimum to maximum range for the location posted and is not a guarantee of compensation.
