Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities Oversee all regional self-run distribution operations, including analyses and planning of workload, allocation of resources, integration of processes, enforcement of safety standards, and assessment of actual productivity. Oversee performance of all regional third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with asset integrity standards. Solidify support to selling clubs through constant communication with zone, regional and selling club executives and managers, and resolve emerging problems. Resolve supply chain management inefficiencies between key vendors and BJ’s. Manage outbound transportation routing to ensure timely delivery to selling clubs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent Ten years in a combination of physical distribution, transportation, resources management and retailing Job Conditions In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the estimated compensation range for this position is starting from $145,500.00.
