We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused

Director of Omni Operations

to lead the development, oversight, and transformation of our operations functions. This individual will own the end-to-end clearing lifecycle, from trade capture through post-trade processing and reconciliation, while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and scalability. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in U.S. operations, clearing, margin, and custody—preferably across fully-disclosed, omnibus and self-clearing broker-dealers. Key Responsibilities

Own and oversee all aspects of operations, including trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, margin processing, corporate actions, account statements, securities lending, and regulatory reporting. Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts responsible for day-to-day operations. Serve as the key liaison with clearing partners, vendors, custodians, regulators, and internal stakeholders. Drive operational excellence through automation, control enhancements, and exception management processes. Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to support new product launches and platform features from a clearing and post-trade perspective. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, and DTCC rules. Lead audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews related to clearing and settlement. Develop and track key operational KPIs; provide strategic insights and regular reporting to executive leadership. Actively monitor industry trends and regulatory developments and assess their impact on clearing operations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience

in clearing operations within a broker-dealer or clearing firm;

3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role. Strong knowledge of U.S. equity and options markets, DTCC, DTC, NSCC, margin methodologies, and post-trade workflows. Experience in an omnibus or self-clearing environment is highly preferred. Series 24 licensed. Proven track record of leading and scaling operational teams in a high-growth, high-volume environment. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations (e.g., 15c3-3, 17a-5, CAT, TRACE). Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, tech-driven organization.
