Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist – HR Services

Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Strategic Partner Engagement
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor, translating business needs into sourcing strategies
Provide commercial insights and market expertise to influence decisions
Lead complex sourcing projects across multiple HR subcategories
Manage RFPs/RFIs, supplier evaluations, and selection processes
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and priorities
Analyze financial models and cost scenarios to support negotiations
Structure deals balancing cost efficiency with business requirements
Deliver cost savings while maintaining service quality and scalability
Contracting & Compliance
Draft and negotiate contracts including MSAs, amendments, and task orders
Ensure supplier performance, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain contractual integrity
Monitor HR market trends, innovations, and regulatory developments
Manage supplier relationships to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
Benchmark supplier performance and drive accountability
Governance & Standards
Apply sourcing best practices, tools, and methodologies consistently
Contribute to category strategies and process improvements
Promote excellence across sourcing and procurement functions
What You Bring Education : Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, or related field); MBA preferred
Experience :
Extensive expertise in HR services sourcing (e.g., recruitment, benefits, payroll, HRIS, L&D)
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar sourcing projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills
Skills :
Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities
Strong financial acumen, with experience in pricing models and cost analysis
Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba), Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms
Personal Qualities :
Collaborative, professional, and resilient
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at senior levels
Driven by impact, growth, and continuous improvement
