Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety or an Engineering discipline required. 8–10 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or similar high-compliance industries. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Homeland Security regulations for chemical facilities. Proven leadership in implementing HSES programs. Job Responsibilities
Lead all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security initiatives for the site. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee RCMS activities related to safety and environmental standards. Develop and deliver safety and environmental training programs. Manage process safety programs and conduct audits for compliance. Support continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing principles. What is Being Offered
