Modern Search Consulting for B2B Companies Location: Midwest Territory We are partnering with a global leader in advanced materials and specialty chemical materials, seeking a Sales Executive to manage and expand their automotive customer base in the Midwest region. This role involves handling key automotive accounts, supporting industry growth, and providing solutions in silicone and rubber elastomers. Position Highlights

Full-time direct hire Global provider of specialty chemicals and materials Founded in 1904, with over 7,200 employees worldwide Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical (chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, chemistry) or business field, or equivalent relevant experience 5+ years of experience in specialty chemical sales (silicone/rubber elastomers), technical or industrial sales within the automotive industry Experience prospecting, closing new business, and providing technical support in specialty chemicals Experience managing long sales cycles and qualifying materials for manufacturers Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills Business acumen, planning, and analytical skills Proficiency in systems, PC applications, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and database querying tools Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily by car and plane, with day and overnight trips What is Being Offered
