Alfa Insurance agents sell the organization’s products and services to prospective and established customers in multi-line insurance. They are self-starters working under a performance-based compensation structure and strive to grow a reputable and successful business in the communities they serve. Responsibilities
Sell the organization’s products and services to prospective and established customers in multi-line insurance, quote and bind policies, handle inquiries, document requests, complete changes, accept and process premiums. Determine applicant insurability and placement using binding and processing skills. Provide excellent customer service across multiple platforms, maintain strong communication, resolve conflicts, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prioritize accounts based on customer needs, potential, and sales maintenance. Maintain sales programs within the assigned territory by informing customers about services, prices, and new products. Meet established sales quotas and monitor competitive activity and trends in the territory. Keep records and prepare reports on sales activities. Organize and manage an operating office, including budgeting, inventory, and expense control with a focus on marketing and customer service. Responsible for hiring and managing staff. Qualifications
4-year college degree preferred Must attain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Producer Licenses Valid Driver’s license Seniorities
