Customer Service Cashier

Position Purpose: As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include providing fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service during checkout and return transactions. You will also monitor and maintain the self-checkout area for customer convenience. To excel in this position, you will: Proactively seek knowledge about products and services to better assist customers. Identify selling opportunities to enhance the shopping experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage. Support fellow cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions. Serve as a first-level escalation point for customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in training and coaching new cashiers to promote teamwork and efficiency. The Head Cashier position is ideal for those with 1+ years of cashier experience looking to take on additional responsibilities in leadership and development. Location: Tucson, AZ
