Customer Service Cashier

Position Purpose: Join our team as a Customer Service Cashier, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. In this position, you will provide fast, friendly, accurate, and safe service while processing checkout and return transactions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Process checkout transactions and manage the self-checkout area effectively. Maintain knowledge of products to provide accurate information and identify selling opportunities. Adhere to all policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage. As a Head Cashier, support and guide fellow Cashiers by expediting price checks and approving transactions. Address customer issues and provide first-level escalation for any escalated situations. Participate in training new Cashiers and use available tools to coach and help develop front-end associates. Preferred Qualifications:
