Maintain project documentation: material submittals, change orders, equipment releases, and drawing logs Assist with material management systems and jobsite logistics Support monthly AIA billing for large commercial HVAC projects Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and other project correspondence Order and schedule material deliveries; confirm receipt with field teams Assist with mechanical plan take-offs for estimating and procurement Identify and track drawing changes and potential conflicts Collaborate with other MEP trades to support coordination during project phases Maintain tool inventory and ensure proper tracking and return Help ensure compliance with safety protocols and support company safety initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent work experience 1+ year experience as an Assistant Project Manager in HVAC construction Proficiency in reading construction drawings and blueprints Advanced computer literacy with strong Excel skills Experience with AutoCAD, QuickBooks, Procore, Textura, or Tsheets preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills; punctual and team-oriented On-site construction experience is a plus Benefits
