Competitive Pay: $25–$35/hour ($52,000–$72,800 annually) + overtime opportunities 3&3 Tech Flex Program: Choose $3,500 cash bonus, 40 extra holiday hours, or $3,500 in training Perks: Company vehicle (take-home option), cellphone, tablet, annual boot voucher Benefits: 5% 401(k) match, 48–168 hours PTO, 7 paid holidays, health/life/disability coverage Growth: Global network of 7,000+ professionals, continuous training, and relocation opportunities Sustainability: Work on eco-friendly HVAC projects Your Role Maintenance: Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers) Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency Safety: Adhere to regulations and company standards Qualifications Required: 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, pass drug/background checks Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training Physical: Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel Tools & Support Provided: Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE Required: Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges BGIS ITS is an equal opportunity employer.
