Vice President of E-commerce - Jewelry Retail. The VP of E-commerce is a transformational leader responsible for shaping the vision, execution, and optimization of digital commerce across Signet brands. This role balances driving revenue growth with elevating customer experience, delivering seamless omni-channel journeys, and embedding innovation at the heart of our digital platforms. The VP will partner closely with marketing, IT, and brand leaders to ensure our e-commerce strategies fuel both business performance and brand elevation. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate the long-term and short-term vision for multi-brand e-commerce growth, balancing revenue acceleration with breakthrough customer experiences. Lead and inspire Sr. Directors of eComm for each brand, ensuring consistency in excellence while tailoring to brand needs. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences. Partner with brand presidents to align digital strategy with brand positioning and omni-channel goals. Digital Experience & Merchandising: Drive site experience transformation – including UI/UX, navigation, personalization and elevated visual merchandising strategies. Champion innovative digital storytelling that translates brand identity into compelling online journeys. Oversee product setup, content accuracy and site operations that maximize conversion. Marketing & Analytics: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to drive traffic and engagement. Use data and analytics to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities. Develop business cases for new features and marketing initiatives. Digital Innovation & Omni-channel: Introduce and scale next-generation digital capabilities (e.g., AI-driven personalization, AR/VR try-on, virtual selling). Strengthen omni-channel integration through collaboration with retail—optimizing BOPIS, clienteling, inventory visibility, and returns. Continuously scan industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage. Technology & Operations: Partner with IT to manage site development and enhancements from concept to launch. Prioritize technical projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Influence fulfillment, returns, inventory, and call center service levels. Talent & Team Development: Build and lead high-performing e-commerce teams across brands, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and optimism. Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities. Inspire teams through change with energy, positivity, and a customer-first mindset. Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred. 8+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce for consumer retail brands ($100M+), preferably within multi-brand or portfolio business. Proven track record of balancing growth delivery with digital transformation. Deep understanding of omni-channel retail, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and digital merchandising. Strong strategic, analytical, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across P&L owners and functions. Experience partnering with IT teams on platform development; familiarity with systems like Demandware, Shopify, or Magento preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead through change with optimism, scrappiness, and a can-do spirit. Expertise in luxury or specialty retail is highly beneficial. Ability to translate offline brand storytelling into compelling digital experiences. Familiarity with high-touch customer service models and personalization strategies. Details
