Summary Our team is expanding and we are looking to hire a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR). You will support our enterprise sales team, specifically hunting new logo business. You will be responsible for starting relationships with prospects in our target market of P&C carriers and Insurtechs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is greener in their career and is looking to work and learn together with a highly-motivated team. US , with a geographical preference for the Central or Eastern time zones. What You'll Do Partner with multiple Enterprise AE’s and work together to prospect into their top target accounts Proactively generate new logo qualified leads by cold-calling and cold-emailing targeted prospects through the use of Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo Set meetings between prospective clients and the aligned Enterprise AE Understand our buyer personas, the needs and “pains” of our target market and suggest the appropriate next steps based on the information you uncover Write and adapt email scripts and outreach cadences in Salesloft Update and keep detailed insights in Salesforce Brainstorm with sales and marketing on the best ways to execute new strategies to attract our target market Keep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market Network, face-to-face meetings, industry conferences, and any other activities that help to generate and close leads Up to 10% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field 2+ years of experience working as a top performing BDR / SDR at a B2B SaaS company 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce 2+ years of experience with Salesloft, Outreach.io or similar 2+ years of experience prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience working with Zoominfo and / or Apollo.io Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience working at a scaling startup Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) space Life at BriteCore We take pride in our dynamic, diverse team, unified by shared values of community, integrity, grit and impact.
