Revenue Operations Analyst at Chainalysis Government Solutions. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located on the US East Coast. Responsibilities
Design and implement a robust mechanism for tracking all new and existing Service Contracts, defining and monitoring KPIs across individual contracts and the entire business. Strategically partner with the GTM team to develop highly accurate resource forecasting models directly impacting revenue and margin projections. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex sales data, proactively identifying critical trends, untapped opportunities, and potential risks, translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. Assist with the creation and delivery of compelling executive-level presentations and board materials, effectively communicating sales strategy and showcasing impactful results. Champion the optimization and documentation of sales operations processes, driving significant improvements in efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness. Spearhead the implementation and continuous optimization of sales technology tools (e.g., CRM), ensuring maximum adoption and value realization. Provide strategic ad-hoc reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, influencing critical decision-making across all business segments, including non-Services related initiatives. Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance if required. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, finance, or a similar analytical role, with a focus on US government contracts. Proven experience working with service contracts. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite of products. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points
Experience with blockchain technology or cryptocurrency. Familiarity with GSA schedules and other government contracting vehicles. What We Offer
