This position will lead Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) sourcing, contracting, and strategy for all US manufacturing sites, in coordination with international manufacturing, supporting manufacturing-related indirect categories for the Harley-Davidson Powertrain Operations facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. Job Responsibilities

Category Management & Leadership Lead the development and execution of category plans and global sourcing strategies, leveraging industry trends and spend analytics. Align procurement goals with business objectives and operational needs Cost & Performance Management Ensure cost-effective buying channels & strategies are in place for assigned spend categories Develop and monitor KPIs and report on savings, efficiencies, and supplier performance Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics for assigned categories Risk Management Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans with an integrated supplier base Ensure compliance with plant safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards Sourcing & Contracting Lead sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including bid evaluation, supplier selection, and award recommendations Negotiate complex contracts and statements of work (SOW) with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company policies Supplier Relationship Management Provide daily oversight and leadership to on-site MRO integrator teams; escalation point for critical issues Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR) with strategic suppliers to assess performance and align future goals Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to identify needs, resolve issues, and improve service levels Partner with plant maintenance and reliability teams to forecast MRO needs and ensure timely procurement of critical spare parts Process Improvement Indirect procurement process ownership and implementation of best practices Leverage digital tools, procurement systems, and inventory management techniques (e.g. SAP, Ariba) Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required Education Specifications

Bachelor's degree preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience Requirements

Required Minimum of 8 years of related experience Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Exposure to a global supply base Experience with SAP ERP (indirect purchasing) Proven track record as a problem solver, effective communicator, able to manage multiple tasks, and a demonstrated leader Skills
