Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting

Serve as a gatekeeper and key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials with accuracy and professionalism

Coordinate investor meetings, board communications, and confidential documentation

Manage special projects and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion

Anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant

7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in finance, private equity, or professional services

Must have a background in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial services industry

Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)

Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in all interactions
