The Server at ama is the cornerstone of the guest experience, embodying the refined elegance of a fine-dining restaurant and the dynamic energy of a chic lounge. Servers must balance grace, efficiency, and attentiveness, ensuring each guest feels both indulged and at ease. Key Responsibilities

Provide polished, attentive, and personalized service throughout the dining and lounge experience. Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions and conveying knowledge of both cuisine and beverage pairings. Anticipate guest needs proactively, ensuring seamless pacing and flow of service. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and lounge staff to ensure timing and presentation are consistent. Manage VIP guest experiences with discretion, precision, and elevated attentiveness. Maintain the aesthetic and energy of the space, balancing fine dining standards with the atmosphere of a social lounge. Handle guest concerns or issues with professionalism, discretion, and solutions-oriented thinking. Uphold the standards of ama through presence, demeanor, and attention to detail. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end lounge environments. Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge, with an eagerness to continue learning. Poised under pressure with the ability to adapt to varying guest needs and flow of service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage guests. Demonstrated commitment to the art of hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
