The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements.

Conditions of employment
U.S. Citizenship Required. Males must be registered for Selective Service. Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance level. Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-07, or equivalent in other pay systems. Education
Successful completion of a master’s or equivalent graduate degree or two years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related, in a field related to the position being filled. Benefits
