Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full Time, Entry Level/Hourly, Software Associate Degree Programmer in various locations. In this role you will support the full life-cycle development of spacecraft flight software solutions, including requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code and unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery; working with experienced engineers creating solutions which will enable NASA to continue to explore deep space and provide support to the U.S. Intelligence Community. Responsibilities

Support the full life-cycle development of spacecraft flight software solutions, including requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, coding and unit testing, integration, and support to formal test/delivery. Collaborate with experienced engineers to create solutions for NASA deep-space exploration and U.S. Intelligence Community support. Assist with final systems hardware and software integration and testing, and generate the required documents for spacecraft delivery, completing coding and unit-level testing. Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an Associate Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline. Aspirations to pursue a Bachelor Degree. Must be a US Citizen; this position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the ability to obtain security clearance. Ability to obtain security clearance. Desired Skills

Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple priorities and internal customers. Experience with Python, Matlab, Simulink, R, or equivalent data science toolsets. Familiar with real-time development environments and languages (C, C++). Classroom knowledge of embedded software / hardware, Networks, SQL/NoSQL, Information Security Domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Security and Eligibility

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week; some may be condensed to provide additional time away from the office. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
