Key Responsibilities

Presentation & Sales Support:

Prepare high-quality client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs. Administrative Duties:

Assist Insurance Specialists with printing and binding documents, preparing application forms, and coordinating the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments. Logistics Coordination:

Arrange local and international couriers for timely delivery of client and insurer documents. Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations) and external insurers to support smooth case handling and processing. Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards. Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in insurance and/or banking Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
