Medbio is seeking a hands-on, business-focused Vice President of IT to lead enterprise technology strategy and operations across our multi-site manufacturing organization. Reporting to the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving ERP optimization, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation. We’re looking for a decisive leader who can balance strategic vision with execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Medbio’s cloud-hosted ERP platform (DelmiaWorks/IQMS), ensuring alignment with business operations and manufacturing workflows. Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service continuity across all Medbio locations. Manage the full IT application portfolio, including CRM and commercial systems supporting sales and customer engagement. Drive digital initiatives including cloud migration, API integrations, and data modernization. Establish and maintain IT governance aligned with CIS Controls and compliance standards. Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other back-office functions to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance oversight. Mentor and manage a small IT and ERP support team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and business continuity across the enterprise.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven success leading ERP implementations (DelmiaWorks, IQMS, or similar). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Experience managing CRM and commercial applications within a broader IT ecosystem. High emotional intelligence and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and change management. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in project management, cybersecurity, or IT governance are a plus. Up to 20% travel is required.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., OneStream). Experience supporting multi-site operations and manufacturing systems. Exposure to data analytics and AI as enablers of business performance.
