Analyze program features and marketing content to measure customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Lead statistical A/B testing and multivariate experiments to identify impactful strategies. Develop, maintain, and report on key metrics reflecting program health. Address critical ad hoc requests, investigating distinctive patterns and customer behaviors through savvy data exploration. Apply data mining, modeling, segmentation, and other analytic techniques to highlight trends and inform strategic decisions. Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets using SQL Experienced in statistical analysis and applying analytics to business contexts. Solid background in leveraging data mining and model building for strategic insights. Industry Experience:
