Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is looking for a Lead Functional Analyst SAP Quality Management to join their S4 COE team in Bangalore, India. This position focuses on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S/4HANA. The candidate will work directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects. Position Responsibilities
Responsible for requirement gathering, document preparation, end-to-end solution design, functional spec preparation, realization and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SI partners on current processes and proposed solutions Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation Translate functional specifications into application design documents, coordinate with ABAP team, test new functionality or enhancements, prepare test plans and test scripts, perform unit and integration tests Develop, review and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and SI partners Participate in project delivery during testing cycles and lead root cause analysis and issue correction Exposure to SAP Solution Manager Lead development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team Exposure to SAP Project Systems Certifications in SAP PP or S/4HANA are advantageous Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development Strong understanding of SAP testing tools and other SAP LOB products Contribute to the overall project management plan using SAP Activate methodology Experience with SAP S/4Hana and FIORI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required Skills
8 to 10+ years’ overall experience with business experience in Quality Management and 12+ years’ SAP QM consulting with implementation experience, including at least one E2E full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation Solid experience in Quality Management in large/complex environments, including at least one S/4HANA implementation Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Demand Planning for Aerospace and Defense industry Experience with S/4HANA and awareness of differences across releases Understanding of Quality integration with external systems Knowledge of SAP module-specific user exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reports Broad SAP Quality Management knowledge across multiple inspection types Desired Skills
Knowledge of sampling schemes and procedures, MIC, inspection plans, audit planning, FMEA, stability studies, quality certificates Experience with external systems integration Experience in ASAP or Activate methodologies and end-to-end solution architecting Integration touchpoints with Sales, Procurement, Costing, EWM, Plant Maintenance Working knowledge of WBS Nice to have – S/4HANA QM Certification or S/4HANA Production Planning (SAP PP) Bachelor’s degree or higher Typical Education & Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6+ years related work experience, or equivalent combination (Master + 4 years, etc.). Pay Rate
