Senior Accounting Manager

Expanding International company is adding a Senior Accounting Manager to their Charlotte North American Corporate office. You will lead the accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to process improvement and compliance. Salary up to $160K plus great benefits! Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors Monitor and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive teams Drive process improvements and system efficiencies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Seniority level:
