Tax Manager
to join their Tax Management Team. This is a key leadership role, with direct impact on client service delivery and the growth of the practice. Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and partnerships Lead, mentor, and review the work of staff and senior accountants Handle complex tax planning and compliance matters Serve as a point of escalation for technical tax issues Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor Ensure all projects meet deadlines, compliance standards, and firm quality expectations Qualifications:
6–12 years of tax experience, ideally within public accounting or professional services Active license to practice in Florida (required) Prior supervisory or management experience Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software (UltraTax, Thomson Reuters, Drake, Lacerte, or CCH Axcess) Strong technical tax knowledge and problem-solving ability Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills What We Offer:
