Director of Governmental Reporting

Lead federal and state reporting requirements, including Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, charity filings, and tax submissions. Direct monthly revenue and receivables reporting across the system. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on financial compliance and regulatory matters. Manage budgets, optimize team performance, and ensure accuracy in all filings. What We’re Looking For
Hospital system experience is essential,
you’ve worked within large, complex healthcare organizations. Knowledge of governmental reporting requirements (Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, charity reporting, federal/state filings). Strong leadership background, with a track record of managing managers and larger teams. Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and tax knowledge are a plus but
