Position Summary
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for a multi-hundred-billion-dollar RIA with a strong global finance background, including foreign exchange (FX) and multi-country operations, to join our client team. This role is ideal for someone who combines big-picture thinking with a hands-on approach, thrives in a small, agile team, and operates as an individual contributor. Responsibilities
Support FP&A activities across multiple geographies, aligning financial plans with global business strategies. Build and maintain complex financial models that incorporate FX fluctuations, cross-border tax implications, and regional market dynamics. Support M&A financial analysis, including valuation, due diligence, and integration of international entities into consolidated budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to manage currency exposure, hedge strategies, and FX risk mitigation. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on global performance trends, capital allocation, and investment opportunities. Operate effectively in a lean team environment, balancing leadership with individual execution of key deliverables. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, with a focus on scalability and accuracy. Core Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s). Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, with proven success in multinational companies and cross-border financial operations. Prior experience at a Big Four accounting firm (e.g., PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion). Strong integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive mindset with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement. Compensation & Benefits
