Accounting Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of accounting experience, strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize. The salary range for this position is $90k-120k Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support annual audit and tax filings by coordinating with external auditors and advisors. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with finance leadership. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. Provide support with special projects and additional accounting tasks as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 8+ years of accounting experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. CPA preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
