Senior Manager, Paid Social: Performance (Remote) – Monks. The Senior Manager – Paid Social role is a team lead role for a paid social advertising professional who coaches digital marketers, assists on strategy & account management, and directly manages larger digital ad accounts. You’ll work at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast-startup growth with a fast-growing agency focused on client performance and ROI. You should be confident in driving improvements in account performance and in developing our talent. Responsibilities
Client & Team Revenue Oversight Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clients Manage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning Analyze performance data and KPIs Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals Maintain excellent standards and quality of service Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents About You
The essentials:
4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management 1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem Driven and innovative 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience Nice to Have
Directly managed paid search or social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend Exposure to paid search, paid social, display and remarketing efforts Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce Benefits
