This fully onsite role puts you at the heart of the action, managing full-cycle accounting, project costing, and financial analysis while working side by side with field teams and leadership.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on project accounting experience, strong technical skills, and a proactive mindset ready to make an impact in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports Support general ledger entries and reconciliations Perform job costing, margin analysis, and WIP reporting Compare project budgets versus actual results and provide insights Assist with company and project budgets and forecasts Build and manage project budgets, track and review job costs against budgets Help with purchasing, vendor tracking, and cost control Manage inventory and materials Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience Must have project accounting experience Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Self-starter with a drive to learn, contribute, and grow into leadership roles Benefits
