Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Finance Manager to support Sam’s Real Estate Investment Portfolio. This role involves partnering with Real Estate and Finance leaders to achieve the goal of opening 30 new clubs by FY29 and 15 clubs per year thereafter, while also overseeing the remodeling of the entire club fleet. The Senior Finance Manager will lead the evaluation and valuation of these strategic initiatives, closely monitor club-level financial performance, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will develop insightful analyses to maximize shareholder returns and serve as a key collaborator within a cross-functional team, driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning. What you’ll do

Prepare and analyze complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions Build relationships across the organization to drive collaborative communication, strategic alignment, and clear project management Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement Real Estate strategies that support business objectives Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear presentations and documentation Leverage tools, systems and reports to drive actionable insights across the business Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications

Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management within complex business environments Proven ability to develop and maintain financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Strong storytelling and excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Strategic mindset and problem solving and being comfortable with ambiguity Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership Experience with Onestream, SAP, PowerBI, and BigQuery Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically Benefits and information
