About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support a company in Tualatin on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming payments, posting receipts, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. If you enjoy working with numbers, problem-solving, and ensuring accuracy in financial records, this opportunity could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities
Post daily customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card) to accounts Prepare and send invoices and account statements Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up Research and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments Maintain accurate AR records and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed Qualifications
1+ year of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal teams Schedule & Compensation
