Base pay range

Location: Remote position - Muse be located on EST/CST time zone
Salary: $80k-100k + OT + Bonus Structure + Full Benefits
Requirements: At least 4+ years of Tax Accountant Exp. at a CPA Firm (Corps, Partnerships, Individuals/HNWIs)
We are an Established Top 300 CPA firm based out of Reston, VA since 1973 and today have about 70 employees. As a known leader in the Greater DMV area, we specialize in serving a variety of clients in multiple verticals including Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Professional Services, Government Contracting, and more. One of the main things we are known for is being ranked "Best Place to Work" in the Greater DC area for multiple years.
Due to growth, we are now adding a Senior Tax Associate to our team! In return, we offer a competitive comp structure, long-term stability, and we put a large emphasis on internal growth & developing our employees. You will also have the opportunity to have more flexibility with a fully remote or hybrid remote schedule if you're local.

What You Need for this Position
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field At least 4+ years of recent Public Accounting Exp. At least 4+ years of Tax Accounting Exp. Tax Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals, and/or Trusts/Estates returns
Strongly Preferred
CPA or CPA Candidate CCH ProSystems Exp. Enrolled Agent (EA) and/or Master's in Accounting
