The Criminology and Criminal Justice department at Florida International University is seeking adjunct lecturers to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses on a variety of topics related to the criminal justice system, criminology, justice & the Constitution, research methods, data analysis, victimology, drugs & crime, homicide, cybercrime, human trafficking, criminal investigations, criminal forensics, criminal evidence, comparative criminal justice systems & policing, legal issues, guns & violence, juvenile justice, etc. Please note that this pool is open for the 2024-2025 academic year and is reviewed based on departmental needs. Screening of applications will occur as positions become available and continue until positions are filled. Primary Instructors: Master's Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology or equivalent.

Secondary Instructors and Course Assistants: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Criminology or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications

Prior teaching experience in synchronous (hybrid) and asynchronous modalities is preferred. Job Category
