About the Team The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on our customers and their post Go-Live journey. We create programs to help customers drive value from Workday applications, delivering services from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments. About the Role Would you enjoy learning in a fast-paced environment and solving challenging business problems? Are you a clear communicator who can articulate and demonstrate the value of Workday solutions to customers? The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro-consulting engagements to help solve business needs using the Workday application. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting with how-to questions, troubleshooting, guiding configuration, and delivering feature demonstrations. You will share knowledge, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies. Our team has broad and deep understanding of Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning. We seek expertise in the following areas: Workforce Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday Security and Business Processes Experience with HR concepts such as Supervisory Organizations, Position Changes, Headcount Forecasting Experience in headcount modeling and analysis Workday Financial Planning Expertise: Implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning Proficiency in creating and managing financial models within the platform Ability to develop complex reports and dashboards using Adaptive Planning Data Management and Integration: Experience with data integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM and/or other HCM systems Proficiency in managing data imports, exports, and data validation If you are passionate about the value technology can bring to an organization, love learning, and want to work with some of the world’s leading companies, bring your energy and teamwork to the Workday Success Plans team! Primary responsibilities To be successful, this role includes: Conducting research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts Delivering small-scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, and practical tips Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements Clearly communicating responses and value to customers Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars) Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator) Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews) Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and staying familiar with Workday roadmap Keeping up to date with industry practices and engaging with customers on those topics Contributing to the creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, our professionals may deliver other Customer Enablement services, such as: Office Hours for appointment-based consulting with guidance and product expertise Configuration and business requirements reviews with opportunities for optimization One-on-one customer configuration designs Deployments including full deployment of Workday features About You P4 Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations 5 years of IT implementation experience 3+ years of software consulting experience P5 Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations 8+ years of IT implementation experience 3+ years of software consulting experience Additional Qualifications: 1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a plus Ability to troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex, technical process issues and influence decision making Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; Advanced degree preferred Travel may be up to 10% Workday Pay Transparency Statement The base salary ranges for the primary location and other locations vary. Compensation may include a bonus plan and stock grants. More details are provided during the hiring process. This role may be eligible for additional compensation as part of the total package. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta; Base Pay Range: $116,900 USD - $175,400 USD; Additional Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,100 USD - $197,300 USD Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we combine in-person time and remote work.
