What You'll Own Full-Cycle Accounting Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting for a group of multifamily entities, ensuring accurate transaction processing and financial integrity. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead monthly close, prepare financial statements, and deliver actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of accountants; promote collaboration, and accountability. Process Optimization: Identify ways to streamline accounting systems and implement automation or efficiencies, especially in real estate-related workflows. Audit & Compliance: Lead internal and external audit prep, maintain compliance with GAAP and relevant property management standards.
