C Cubed Capital Partners is hiring a full-time analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for early career professionals (at least 2 years out of university) with a strong foundation and a desire to grow within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will gain hands on experience, contribute directly to projects, and work closely with experienced team members who are invested in your development.
The Opportunity As an Analyst at C Cubed, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our investment team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a top-heavy structure, can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and is eager to take initiative. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, diving deep into financial modeling, litigation finance, and securitization analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage cash flow models with sound financial assumptions and projections.
Analyze litigation-related data such as settlements and judgments.
Support acquisition deals for law firms through detailed modeling and deal evaluation.
Develop securitization models, understanding capital structures and financial instruments.
Participate in due diligence, market research, and create client-facing and internal reports.
Collaborate with senior partners and other analysts to ensure high-quality execution.
Focus Areas
Litigation finance: settlements, judgments, timelines (e.g., class action, IP, personal injury).
Reading and interpreting judgment settlements and related financial flows.
Acquisition modeling in the legal sector.
Structuring and analyzing securitization deals.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling expertise.
Ability to interpret complex legal documents and analyze detailed financial data.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong time management and ability to meet hard deadlines.
Experience in case valuation and cost structure analysis is a plus.
