Strategic System Management: Lead the daily operation and advanced maintenance of the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, scalability, and optimal system functionality; coordinate with IT and HR leadership on significant system updates, upgrades, and modifications; act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues and provide expert support to HR staff and end-users. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Design audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance; develop and present sophisticated reports and predictive analytics for strategic HR initiatives and executive decision-making; architect and maintain dashboards to monitor key HR metrics and forecast needs. Employee Onboarding: Verify work authorization documentation, manage pre-arrival preparations, orientation, and ongoing support to onboard new hires effectively; coordinate orientation focusing on company culture, policies, and values. Process Optimization and Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance system functionality, and drive technology-driven improvements; collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design and govern advanced processes and automation; develop training programs and documentation for HR staff on system use and best practices. HRIS Project Leadership: Lead large-scale HRIS projects from conception to completion, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations; develop project plans with timelines and deliverables; provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders and address issues proactively. Compliance and Security Governance: Ensure HRIS compliance with applicable regulations and policies; implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and conduct regular audits to maintain data security and privacy standards. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with leadership and strategic impact. Expert-level understanding of HR processes, data management, and HR technology landscapes. Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving complex issues. Strong project management skills with experience leading significant HRIS projects from initiation to completion. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Knowledge of compliance, data security standards, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). What makes you stand out

Advanced HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP). Experience with HRIS integrations, API management, and middleware solutions. Proficiency in SQL and advanced database concepts. Expertise in advanced data analysis, BI tools, and predictive modeling. Where you’ll live
